To begin the process of metal art sculpture, the artist first visualizes his design, often taking inspiration from his culture and natural surroundings. Next, he chalks his vision for the piece onto a 55-gallon drum that has been cleaned and pounded flat. Then, using only a hammer and chisel, he performs the heavy work giving his piece form and dimension. The result is a unique folk art sculpture, perfect for home or garden use.

The item appeared to be a heavier quality in the photo, was actually in my opinion not worth the $30 i paid. I thought it looked much better in the pictures. Would not buy unless it was half this price. I’m sorry just giving my opinion.
